The whole experience was PLEASANT, no reason to complain, strongly recommend. Loved our 1 night stay. The staff and the host were all amicable. Location: the hotel was short walk to unsuccessful, the pub, and Liverpool for work. It also was to Crosby beach.

Shared bathrooms need better maintenance!!! Rooms require thorough cleaning!!! Consider improving outside lighting for safety!!! Lack of proper breakfast has to be addressed!!!
